The agreements grant development rights to Signatureglobal (India) Limited for a piece of land measuring approximately 11.887 Acres. Concurrently, Signatureglobal Business Park Limited has been granted development rights over an additional parcel in the same location, measuring roughly 13.73 Acres.
The secured land parcels are earmarked for a real estate project and are subject to obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions from the concerned authorities.
This strategic move strengthens the land bank of both Signatureglobal and its subsidiary within Sohna, Gurugram.
