The acquisition pertains to the project Signature Global Sarvam located at DXP Estate in Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana.The transaction involved a one time lump sum consideration for the acquired land within the major development. This specific parcel of land was previously held under a collaboration arrangement before being secured by SGHL.
The acquired area forms part of a larger land parcel measuring 13.56 acres. The entire project is already operational, having been launched by SGHL.
