Sical Logistics Secures Rs 72 Crore Lease Facility from Tata Capital Limited​

Sical Logistics Ltd has approved a significant lease facility with Tata Capital Limited, enabling the company to acquire essential commercial equipment for its operations. The deal involves leasing machinery up to an amount of Rs 72 crore over a period of 60 months.

The agreement allows Sical Logistics to take on lease various industrial assets from Tata Capital Limited. These assets include dumpers, excavators, dozers, graders, water tankers, and diesel tankers.

Under the terms of the master lease agreement, once the initial leasing period is complete, Sical Logistics will have the option to purchase all the leased commercial equipment from Tata Capital Limited.

The transaction strengthens Sical's operational capacity by providing access to heavy-duty machinery for its logistics needs.

SICALLOG Stock Price Movement​

Sical Logistics Limited shares rallied today, settling at ₹117.07 after surging 5.00% in post-market trading. The equity achieved a remarkable 52-week high, concluding the session on a strong note amid significant volume of 101,791 shares traded.
