SI Capital & Financial Services Limited has approved the terms of a proposed rights issue, offering eligible shareholders an opportunity to subscribe to new equity shares at a fixed price. The Record Date, which determines the shareholders eligible to apply for the Right Issue, is set as July 31, 2026. Shareholding Impact and Fractional Entitlement​
