Strategic Operational Edge

The addition of these two vessels significantly strengthens the Company’s owned tonnage base and deepens its operational footprint. A key strategic advantage of these Mini Bulk Carriers lies in their very low draft profile. This unique capability enables the vessels to call at tidal and draft-restricted minor ports along the Indian coastline that are typically inaccessible to larger conventional vessels.

This operational flexibility allows the company to service shallow-draft and intermediate ports, thereby enhancing its ability to provide efficient, time-effective, and cost-competitive lighterage and dry-bulk transhipment services.

The vessels are scheduled to deliver on or before May 1, 2026, at Bedi Port Anchorage, upon execution of the Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance (PODA). The acquisition is anticipated to enhance fleet utilization, optimize operating economics, and contribute positively to Shreeji Shipping Global’s revenue, profitability, and long-term value creation.
