Shree Securities Ltd Approves Reclassification of Promoters to Public Category Shareholders

Shree Securities Ltd's Board of Directors approved the re-classification request for several promoters and promoter group members, transitioning their status from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category shareholders. The decision follows a review of submissions confirming that these individuals and entities do not hold key managerial positions or participate in the company’s management operations.
