Shree Renuka Sugars Limited Announces Leadership Changes
Shree Renuka Sugars Limited announced several changes to its leadership structure following a board meeting held on March 17, 2026.Mr. Atul Chaturvedi will transition from his current role as Executive Director and Chairman to a Non-Executive Director (Non-Independent) effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Madhu Rao, currently an Independent Director, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, also effective April 1, 2026.
Furthermore, the company appointed Mr. Susheel Kumar Kamboj as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 23, 2026. Mr. Kamboj has also been appointed as Managing Director & CEO for a period of 5 years, starting April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
These changes are subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot.
Leadership Profiles
Mr. Chaturvedi brings over four decades of experience in the agri-commodities sector, previously holding leadership positions within the Adani Group. Mr. Rao has extensive experience as a CFO and Executive Director, most recently with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Kamboj possesses over 20 years of leadership experience across agribusiness, crop protection, seeds, and food sectors and previously served as Managing Director at Syngenta India Private Limited.
None of the appointed individuals are debarred from holding their respective offices by any order from SEBI or any other authority.
