Sandhar Technologies Limited has announced organizational changes within its Automotive Business Group following a strategic realignment of its leadership structure, effective June 13, 2026. These appointments involve senior management positions overseeing the growth and operational aspects of the business unit.Mr. Vikas Puri has stepped down from his duties as Chief Operating Officer - Automotive Business and Head of the Automotive Business Group. The company acknowledged Mr. Puri for his dedication and valuable contributions to the development of the Automotive Business Group. Despite this transition, he will continue in the role of a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) within the company.
In response to these organizational changes, the Automotive Business Group has appointed an interim leader. Mr. Som Prakash Kamboj has been elevated to the position of Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Dy. COO) and will head the group on an interim basis from June 13, 2026. Mr. Kamboj is noted as a seasoned leader with extensive industry and organizational experience, tasked with providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure business continuity and sustained growth for the Automotive Business Group.
