Shilpa Medicare Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of three directors at a postal ballot concluded on March 17, 2026. The appointments were initially proposed on January 10, 2026, and took effect on January 13, 2026.The newly appointed directors are:
- Mr. Antonio Molle (DIN: 11400478) as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Mr. Molle holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently serves as SKF Group Global Operations Director Automotive Global Operations Director, bringing over 30 years of experience with SKF Group Companies.
- Mr. Bastian Thomas (DIN: 11414682) as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Mr. Thomas holds a degree in Business Engineering and is currently Director - Head of Sales Americas, EMEA& India at SKF. He has over 20 years of experience across organizations including the BMW group, TQ Group, Volvo Cars, and Grammer AG.
- Mr. Magnus Lennart Prick (DIN: 11342653) as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Mr. Prick holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration, and currently serves as Head of Automotive Corporate Legal at SKF.
