New Delhi, July 01, 2026 – OSEL Devices Limited's step-down subsidiary, SFL Hearing Solutions Private Limited, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Petals Healthcare LLP. This collaboration aims to significantly expand the company's hearing care network across West Bengal.

The partnership involves adding four new centers to SFL’s existing operational base. By securing these locations through Petals Healthcare LLP, the total operational network size for SFL is set to increase from 37 hearing care centers to 41 centers.

Petals Healthcare LLP specializes in operating healthcare establishments, including polyclinics, and possesses the necessary infrastructure, premises, operational expertise, and required licenses for establishing and running healthcare facilities.
