Securekloud Technologies Remits Penalty Amount as Directed by Securities Appellate Tribunal​

Securekloud Technologies Limited announced on March 27, 2026, that the company and Mr. Suresh Venkatachari, a Promoter/Director, have remitted a total of Rs. 2,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Crore) and Rs. 1,50,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs) respectively, in accordance with an order dated March 6, 2026, from the Securities Appellate Tribunal.

The payments fulfill the directions outlined in the tribunal’s order. The company secretary and compliance officer, Jayashree Vasudevan, confirmed the remittance.
