Securities Appellate Tribunal Orders Restoration of Listing for KD Leisures Ltd​

The Securities Appellate Tribunal at Mumbai passed an order on March 17, 2026, concerning an appeal filed by KD Leisures Limited against directions issued by BSE Limited. He further submitted that in the specific circumstances of the case, the listing should be restored.

KD Leisures Ltd's authorized representative, Kushal Shah, stated that if the appellant fails to complete the required compliances as directed by the Tribunal within four weeks, BSE may restore the delisting status of the appellant-Company based on the submitted undertaking.

The Tribunal issued several directives in its order. The BSE Ltd. was directed to restore the listing of the Company forthwith. Furthermore, the appellant Company was mandated to ensure continuous compliances of the LODR Regulations and other applicable laws moving forward.

The Tribunal also stipulated that if the appellant Company fails to comply with the extant norms for revocation of suspension within four weeks from the date of listing restoration, BSE would be at liberty to take action, including restoration of 'delisting' status, based on the undertaking provided. Additionally, BSE was directed to initiate the defreezing of demat accounts of the promoters and the promoter group of the appellant company only after the revocation of suspension in the trading of the securities of the appellant Company.

The appeal was disposed of in these terms.
