The Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 4:15 PM and will be held at the company’s registered office. The agenda items are focused on finalizing the details necessary for the EGM and ensuring proper governance procedures are in place.

Key business to be transacted during the Board meeting includes approving the Date, Time, Venue, and Mode (VC/OAVM) for conducting the EGM. Furthermore, the directors must approve the Draft Notice of the EGM along with its Explanatory Statement under Section 230(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. The meeting will also focus on fixing the Cut-Off Date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote and approving the Remote E-voting period.

In addition to these matters, the Board is tasked with noting the appointment of the Chairman and Scrutinizer appointed by the Hon'ble NCLT for the shareholders’ meeting. The trading window is expected to remain closed until 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting is uploaded on the BSE portal, a timeline extending until June 11, 2026.
