Pine Labs Limited has confirmed the voluntary strike-off of its subsidiary, Mopay Services Private Limited (MSPL), stating that MSPL now stands dissolved.

The Registrar of Companies has formally struck off the name of MSPL from the Register of Companies. This action was completed with effect from June 1, 2026.
