SBI Mutual Fund Reduces Stake in Petronet LNG through Market Sale​

SBI Mutual Fund under its various schemes has sold a portion of its shares in Petronet LNG Ltd., reducing its stake following a market transaction conducted on June 11, 2026.

The sale involved 68,77,597 shares carrying voting rights, representing 0.4585% of the paid-up share capital of Petronet LNG Ltd. The divestment was executed as a Market Sale & Purchase.

Prior to this transaction, SBI Mutual Fund held 4,85,70,582 shares, constituting a 3.2380% stake in the company. Following the sale, the fund's final holding stands at 4,16,92,985 shares, which amounts to 2.7795% of Petronet LNG Ltd.'s paid-up share capital.
