Mumbai – SBI Mutual Fund has acquired 6,05,09,550 shares of Urban Company Ltd. on March 17, 2026, resulting in an ownership stake exceeding 5% of the company's paid-up share capital. The acquisition, made through market purchases, brings SBI Mutual Fund’s total holding to 9,57,11,973 shares, representing 6.5458% of Urban Company’s outstanding shares.Prior to the acquisition, SBI Mutual Fund held 3,52,02,423 shares, equivalent to 2.4075% of the company’s share capital. The total equity share capital of Urban Company Ltd. stands at Rs. 1,46,21,80,603, comprised of 1,46,21,80,603 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 1 each.
