Satia Industries Ltd. Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Announcement
Satia Industries Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.The trading window will remain closed until the third calendar day following the conclusion of the board meeting where the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are finalized. The date for reopening the trading window will be communicated at a later time.
