Sarjapur Entity Allots CCPS Through Private Placement to Raise Capital​

Aster DM Super-Specialty Hospital (Sarjapur) Private Limited, known as Sarjapur Entity, has allotted Compulsoribly Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) through a private placement aimed at raising additional capital. The allotment was conducted by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on June 23, 2026.

The company issued two series of CCPS to identified investors. Sarjapur Entity allotted 12,00,000 fully paid-up Series A CCPS, with a face value of Rs. 50/- each. Additionally, 34,30,000 partly paid-up Series B CCPS were issued, carrying a face value of Rs. 50/- and a paid up amount of INR 5/-.

Both the Series A and Series B CCPS currently carry a conversion ratio such that each preference share can convert into a maximum of up to 5 equity shares of Sarjapur Entity.

The company confirmed plans for future capital infusion, stating that Sarjapur Entity is actively seeking further investments and finalizing other investors who may receive additional CCPS in due course.

Regarding the stability of ownership, Aster DM Healthcare Limited affirmed that its shareholding in Sarjapur Entity will remain at least 75% of the share capital, even after the conversion of the allotted Series A CCPS, Series B CCPS, and any Additional Investment received.

ASTERDM Stock Price Movement​

Aster DM Healthcare Limited shares today slipped by 2.64% to settle at ₹765.85, closing lower following a volatile trading session. The stock traded within an intraday range of ₹759.50 to ₹799.00, with 930,320 shares recorded in the final trade.
