Sansera Engineering Ltd. has announced a closure of its trading window for designated persons and employees, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal "Code of Conduct."The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results will be communicated separately.
