Sansera Engineering Limited has approved significant changes in the designations of two senior executives, Mr. Fatheraj Singhvi and Mr. Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham. The re-designations come into effect immediately and define the roles and tenures for both leaders across the next several years.The Board of Directors approved the change of designation for Mr. Fatheraj Singhvi, transitioning him from Joint Managing Director to Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director designated as Executive Vice Chairman of the Company. This new role is set to run for five years, effective from August 24, 2026, until August 05, 2029.
Simultaneously, Mr. Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham, previously Executive Director and Group CEO, was re-designated as Joint Managing Director and Group CEO, effective from August 24, 2026. His tenure in this capacity is slated for five years, concluding on September 07, 2028.
