Unaudited Standalone Financial Results (Quarter ended June 30, 2026)​

Sandhar Technologies reported a net profit after tax of 30.61 crores and total comprehensive income of 29.67 crores for the quarter.

  • The company recognized a gain of 19.12 crores under "Other income" during the year ended March 31, 2026, resulting from transferring certain business units to wholly-owned subsidiaries as part of an internal restructuring.
