The acquisition involved purchasing 49% of the equity share capital of Vacuform from its initial promoters.
The transaction concludes the process first reported via disclosures on April 27, 2026, and June 30, 2026, regarding the acquisition through MSSL RSA.
Following the completion of all conditions precedent, Vacuform now stands as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
