Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, secured a significant commercial order. The order aggregates to INR 71.25 Crores for the supply of Solar PV Modules from a prominent Independent Power producer/EPC Player.

The deal, which involves the supply of solar photovoltaic modules, was received from a domestic entity. The contract is expected to be executed by May 2026.

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited confirmed that the order transaction does not involve related parties or any promoter interest in the awarding entity.
