The Board meeting approved significant changes within its key managerial personnel structure. Mr. Rajat Arora (ICSI Membership No. F12068) was appointed as the Whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 26, 2026.

The investment consisted of 99,10,000 Equity shares (face value X1/- each) and 49,50,000 Non-cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (face value X1/- each).

The divestment involves transferring the entire shareholding to a body corporate belonging to the Promoter group. The transaction is planned for completion on or before September 30, 2026. The consideration received from this sale/disposal was Rs 4,45,800/. Upon completing the transfer, Oban Fashions will cease to be a subsidiary of the company.
