The Ruby Mills Limited has reported that operations of its weaving division at the Dhamni Plant have resumed, following a resolution reached with workers after an illegal strike. The company stated that management is pursuing necessary legal action regarding the unrest.

Management confirmed that the striking workers had been advised to resume work, citing the need to maintain industrial peace and harmony. The dispute was resolved after discussions involving local authorities and the workmen's advisors.

The resolution process involved the intervention of the local Labour Commissioner's office and Police Authorities, specifically the Superintendent of Police (SP) and the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy SP).

In addition to resolving the immediate strike issue, The Ruby Mills Limited obtained an order from the Industrial Court. This court order restrains the workers from gathering around the factory or obstructing work. Looking ahead, the company intends to approach the Regional Industrial Labour Court in Thane regarding the illegal strike and subsequent action.
