Royal Orchid Hotels Expands Gujarat Footprint With Launch of Regenta Z Vadodara

Bengaluru, December 31, 2025: Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (BSE: 532699, NSE: ROHLTD) has announced the launch of Regenta Z Vadodara in Gujarat, marking its fourth property in the city and strengthening its presence in one of India’s key commercial centres.

Fourth Property in Vadodara​

The newly launched hotel adds to Royal Orchid Hotels’ existing portfolio in Vadodara, which includes Royal Orchid Central, Regenta Inn, and Regenta Fairlark. With this addition, the company now operates four properties in the city, aligning with its strategy to expand across high-growth urban markets through differentiated brand offerings.

Introduction of Regenta Z Brand in Gujarat​

Regenta Z is a recently introduced brand under the Royal Orchid Hotels portfolio. The brand is positioned to address the preferences of Gen Z and millennial travellers, with a focus on youthful design, digital-first convenience, and contemporary hospitality offered at an accessible price point. The Vadodara property represents the first Regenta Z hotel in Gujarat.

Strategic Location and Connectivity​

Regenta Z Vadodara is located in Alkapuri, a prominent residential and commercial neighbourhood known for planned infrastructure, modern amenities, and green spaces. The hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the Vadodara Railway Station and the central bus stand, and about 7 km from Vadodara International Airport. The location also places the property on the route to the Statue of Unity, which is around 86 km away.

The hotel features 36 keys, including two Studio Suites, designed to combine modern aesthetics with functional comfort. Guest amenities include:
