The acquisition was executed via a slump sale on a going concern basis, involving Route Connect Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.The business transfer agreement (BTA) dated July 13, 2026, outlined the transaction. According to the announcement, all condition precedents stipulated under the BTA have been fulfilled or waived, leading to the successful conclusion of the acquisition on July 29, 2026.
With effect from the close of business hours on July 29, 2026, the AI-led Omnichannel Business Undertaking stands transferred to Route Connect Private Limited and will be carried on by the subsidiary. This move strengthens Route Mobile's operational capacity through the integration of this advanced undertaking into its business structure.
