RITES Limited Reports Cessation of Independent Director Tenure Effective April 15, 2026
RITES Limited announced that Independent Director Shri Likha Togu’s tenure on the company's Board of Directors will conclude on April 14, 2026. Consequently, his role as an Independent Director will cease with effect from April 15, 2026.Previously, Shri Likha Togu was appointed as an Independent Director on April 17, 2025, following approval from the Board of Directors, and his subsequent appointment was also approved by the shareholders of the company during the 51st Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2025.
The company provided details regarding the cessation of his tenure, noting that his service as an Independent Director was completing its planned period.
