RITES Limited has announced key dates pertaining to its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), the commencement of the remote e-voting period, and the record date for the payment of the Final Dividend for the Financial Year (FY) 2025-26.

The Company's 52nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Members who hold shares in both physical and dematerialized form are entitled to receive the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, provided they hold shares as of Friday, August 21, 2026.

E-Voting and Dividend Record Details

The remote e-voting period is set to begin on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. and will conclude on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. Shareholders holding shares as of September 20, 2026, are eligible to cast their vote through remote e-voting. The e-voting facility will also be made available to members attending the AGM through VC/OAVM.

The Company has fixed Sunday, September 20, 2026, as the Record Date for the payment of the Final Dividend, contingent upon its approval at the Annual General Meeting for FY 2025-26.
