Ritco Logistics Ltd., an integrated logistics and supply chain solutions provider, reported securing new business totaling over ₹75 crore across its key verticals, including Transportation, Fly Ash Logistics, and 3PL & Warehousing. These acquisitions strengthen Ritco’s portfolio and underscore its role in providing end-to-end logistics solutions to major industrial sectors across India.

The substantial additions provide healthy revenue visibility for the company while reinforcing its capabilities across multiple industrial corridors.

Growth Across Core Business Verticals​

Ritco successfully secured significant long-term contracts across various segments:

Transportation Sector Highlights​

The transportation vertical contributed heavily, securing a total of approximately ₹24 crore in key contracts. These include:
  • A one-year transport contract worth roughly ₹23.95 crore from OPAL, covering movements between Gujarat and the East, North-1, North-3, and South-3 regions.
  • A 6-month transportation deal with RINL for shipments moving from Vizag to Nagpur.
  • A one-year transportation contract awarded by Pidilite Industries for movements originating in Raipur.
  • Additional project cargo contracts were secured from BHEL and GMPL, expanding Ritco’s presence in strategic industrial corridors.

Fly Ash Logistics Expansion​

Ritco is accelerating growth in the Fly Ash sector with three major projects for Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. (MEIL) in Bihar. The combined value of these projects stands at approximately ₹45.50 crore, specifically valued at ₹12 crore, ₹15 crore, and ₹18.50 crore. These contracts support large-scale infrastructure development and highlight Ritco’s leadership in bulk logistics for Fly Ash transport.

3PL and Warehousing Services​

Expanding its integrated services offerings, Ritco secured a one-year Rate Contract from OPAL. This contract involves managing two warehousing facilities located in Kheda and Vapi, Gujarat, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth of integrated supply chain management solutions beyond transportation.

Digital Transformation and Market Momentum​

The company also reported strong operational metrics regarding its digital platform, TrucksUp:
