Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) stood at Rs. 427 crores as of June 30, 2026, down from Rs. 485 crores in June 2025 and Rs. 405 crores in March 2026. Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) were reported at Rs. 194 crores for the quarter.

The GNPA ratio stood at 2.7%, compared to 3.3% as of June 30, 2025. The Net NPA ratio was recorded at 1.2% for the quarter, matching the figure from June 30, 2025.

For expected credit losses, the company carried provisions amounting to Rs. 353 crores, which represents 2.2% of total loan assets. The Stage-3 assets held a Coverage Ratio of 54.5%.

Total income for the quarter stood at Rs. 468 crores in Q1 FY27, showing a 6.1% growth over the Rs. 441 crores reported in Q1 FY26. Net interest income reached Rs. 216 crores in Q1 FY27, an increase of 10.2% from Rs. 196 crores recorded in Q1 FY26.

Net profits for Q1 FY27 were Rs. 114 crores against Rs. 108 crores reported in Q1 FY26. The company maintained a healthy loan spread of 3.4%. Return on assets (ROA) was 2.9%, leading to a return on equity (ROE) of 12.7% in QI FY27, compared to 2.9% and 14% respectively in Q1 FY26.

In comparison to Q4 FY26, loans sanctioned in Q1 FY27 amounted to Rs. 938 crores, down from Rs. 1,320 crores in Q4 FY26. Loan disbursements stood at Rs. 843 crores against Rs. 1,186 crores disbursed in the previous quarter.

Total income in Q1 FY27 was Rs. 468 crores, a 3% growth from Rs. 454 crores recorded in Q4 FY26. Net interest income grew by 4.3%, rising to Rs. 216 crores against Rs. 207 crores in Q4 FY26.

Capital Adequacy and Distribution Network​

The capital adequacy ratio stood at 36.13%, significantly above the minimum regulatory requirement of 15%.

As of June 30, 2026, Repco Home Finance maintained a wide distribution network, encompassing 210 branches and 32 satellite centers across various states and Union Territories.
