New Delhi, India, August 12, 2026: Religare Enterprises Limited (REL) announced its Q1 FY27 results, showcasing disciplined operational execution and continued strategic capital deployment across its diverse financial services portfolio. The consolidated income grew by 26% year-on-year, driven notably by performance in the insurance and broking verticals.

The company’s total consolidated income stood at ₹2358.43 crore for Q1 FY27, compared to ₹1876.25 crore in Q1 FY26. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at ₹(46.98) crore, down from ₹8.12 crore in the preceding quarter.

The performance of key subsidiaries and business units reflected various degrees of momentum and strengthening during the quarter:

Care Health Insurance Limited (CHIL):
CHIL demonstrated significant growth, with Gross Written Premium growing 37% year-on-year to ₹3247 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) at CHIL reached ₹163 crore, marking a 59% increase over the previous year. The company successfully completed a rights issue of ₹150 crore in June 2026 while maintaining adequate solvency ratios.

Religare Broking Limited (RBL):
The broking business maintained momentum, reporting a total income of ₹99.5 crore for Q1 FY27. This reflected a 7% year-on-year growth, and the Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 65% YoY to ₹7.5 crore. RBL reported Assets Under Custody at ₹47,946 crore as of June 30, 2026.

Religare Finvest Limited (RFL):
RFL’s Q1 FY27 performance was buoyed by strong recoveries, with Total Income standing at ₹14.4 crore and PAT at ₹15.1 crore. The company reported a Net Worth of ₹914 crore and maintained a healthy cash balance of ₹609 crore as it prepares for business restart. Collection Efficiency stood at approximately 98%, while the Non-Performing Assets (NPA) was reported at 0.8%.

Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (RHDFCL):
For Q1 FY27, RHDFCL recorded a Total Income of ₹7.4 crore and maintained Assets Under Management (AUM) at ₹247 crore. The company's asset quality stood at 4.4% for GNPA and 3.3% for NNPA, with Capital Adequacy remaining at approximately 121%.

  • Management Change: Mr. Arjun Lamba was re-designated as Managing Director of Religare Enterprises Limited, effective August 12, 2026, following a review process.
  • Capital Strengthening: The company reported that warrant conversion amounting to ₹147 crore was completed in June 2026, significantly bolstering the Group’s liquidity position.
  • Shareholding: Promoter shareholding increased to 30.56% as of June 30, 2026, following the aforementioned warrant conversion.
