Redtape Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2026. The company will also review the Limited Review Report from its Statutory Auditors during this meeting.The board meeting is set to take place on Monday, August 1, 2026.
In addition to the financial results approval, Redtape Ltd confirmed that the trading window for all Designated Persons remains closed. This restriction applies to Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons of the company.
The trading closure period commenced on July 1, 2026, and will continue until the expiry of 48 hours following the declaration of the Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
