Ramco Systems Ltd has announced the allotment of 12,686 equity shares following the exercise of various stock options under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS). The decision was made by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board.The newly allotted shares were derived from three distinct ESOS schemes:

Ramco Systems Ltd stated that the company will shortly apply for listing and trading permission related to these shares.
