Defence Commitments Drive Environmental Conservation​

The tree plantation programme was executed through a collaborative effort between multiple key bodies. It was jointly organized by the Principal Directorate of Defence Estates, Central Command, and the Cantonment Board, Lucknow.

The high-profile nature of the event saw attendance from senior officials across defence and civil sectors. Present on the occasion were Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Brajesh Pathak. The program also featured Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta, GOC-in-C, Central Command, alongside other senior military and civil personnel.
