The company’s performance for the period ending June 30, 2026, highlights significant operational activity and expansion into new regions.

As of June 30, 2026, the unexecuted order book for RPSL stands at Rs 3,741.79 Crores (including L1).

RPSL secured significant contracts in both the transmission and distribution segments during this period. The company marked its entry into Odisha with a major project win in the transmission segment from the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) valued at ₹211.68 Crore (including taxes). This contract involves the construction of a 220 kV underground transmission cable connecting the Grid Substation (GSS) at Mendhasal with the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) at Chandaka B. The scope also includes the extension of the Air Insulated Substation (AIS) bay at Mendhasal and the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) bay at Chandaka B.

In addition, the company secured a contract from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) for ₹653.12 Crores (including taxes) regarding underground power distribution projects. This scope involves the conversion of existing 11kV High Tension (HT) Line and Low Tension (LT) Line networks into an Underground Cable Network with a Ring Main System, including GIS mapping and asset tagging at Bhavnagar, Anjar, Junagadh, and Porbandar circles in Gujarat.

The company also provided an update regarding its credit rating. The Long Term Rating from CRISL is A- with a Positive outlook. This reflects a revised outlook from Stable while the rating itself was reaffirmed.
