Radiant Cash Management Services Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with significant corporate decisions regarding its auditors and enhanced lending capacities for its subsidiary, Aceware Fintech Services Private Limited.

The Board of Directors reviewed and approved the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, which held an unmodified opinion on the figures.

Key Corporate Approvals

In addition to reviewing the financial performance, the Board meeting addressed two major corporate items: the re-appointment of the company's statutory auditors and the enhancement of credit facilities for its subsidiary.

M/s ASA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, was considered and recommended for re-appointment as Statutory Auditors. The recommendation suggested a second term of five consecutive years, spanning from the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the 26th AGM in calendar year 2031, subject to shareholder approval.

Regarding financing capabilities, the Board approved/recommended revised limits for providing loans and issuing corporate guarantees on behalf of Aceware Fintech Services Private Limited. The enhanced facility includes:
  • Loan limit: Aggregating up to ₹300 million outstanding at any point in time to Aceware.
  • Corporate guarantee limit: Aggregating up to ₹400 million outstanding at any point in time, offered to Banks/FIs for credit facilities provided to Aceware.

Both the enhanced limits and auditor re-appointment are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
