During its board meeting, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited took several key approvals concerning financing and partnerships.

The Board approved the power to advance loans or provide guarantees to any subsidiary, associate, joint venture, or group entity where a director is deemed interested. This lending limit is capped at Rs. 650 Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Crores) above existing limits under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, pending special resolution approval by shareholders in a forthcoming General Meeting.

Additionally, the company approved a proposal to extend a loan of up to ₹ 25 crore (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores) to KIMS Hospital Enterprises Private Limited, a material subsidiary. The Board also considered and approved the DRAFT Operations and Maintenance Agreement and Call Option Agreement with Golden Lan Solutions Private Limited and Sarwottam Healthcare Private Limited.

During the current quarter, the company issued 19,867,549 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) at an issue price of Rs. 755 per share, aggregating Rs. 15,000 million. The funds received from QIP (net of issue expenses of Rs. 237 million) have been utilized toward the stated objects in the Placement Document.
