
Purple Finance Ltd Allots 126 Lakh Equity Share Warrants in Preferential Issue worth INR 69.3 Crores
Purple Finance Ltd announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 1,26,00,000 Equity Share Warrants (ESWs) during a meeting held on June 15, 2026. The warrants are convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares having a face value of INR 10/- each and were issued at a price of INR 55/- per warrant.The preferential allotment, which aggregated to INR 69,30,00,000/-, included a premium of INR 45/- per warrant on the issue price. The company has already received payment amounting to INR 17,32,50,000/, representing 25% of the aggregate issue size.
The warrants are being allotted in electronic form and are subject to lock-in as per applicable regulations. As the company has issued these yet to be converted Warrants, there is currently no change in its paid-up Equity Share Capital.

The warrant holders are required to pay the balance consideration upon exercising their Warrants. This exercise must occur after six months and within a total period of eighteen months from the date of allotment.
The warrants are fully convertible into Equity Shares equal to the number of Warrants held, ranking pari passu with existing Equity Shares, subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals.
