Punjab National Bank Announces Senior Management Changes​

Punjab National Bank announced changes to its senior management team, effective April 1, 2026. The changes, detailed in a communication to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, involve several shifts in leadership roles within the bank.

Firoz Hasnain will transition from Chief General Manager, MSME & MCC Division, Head Office to Chief General Manager, MSME, MCC & Mid Corporate & Retail, Head Office. Sunil Kumar Goyal will move from Chief General Manager, DBTD, Head Office to Chief General Manager, Data Analytics & Strategic Innovation, Head Office. Sanjay Gupta will assume the role of Chief General Manager, Operations (ADC & Recon and Data Privacy & Management), Head Office, previously held by another executive.

Further appointments include Rajesh Prasad as Chief Manager, Operations (General Banking Division and Customer Care Centre), Head Office General, and Parveen Goyal as Chief Manager, Agriculture & Priority Sector and Financial Inclusion, Head Office General. Sanjeev Kumar Dhupar is appointed as Chief General Manager, Inspection Division, Office Audit Head, while Surindar Singh Pal takes on the role of Zonal Manager - CGM, Zonal Office, Jaipur. Mrityunjay will serve as Chief Manager, Review Monitoring General Credit.

Atish Rout Kumar will transition to General Manager (Head), DBTD, Head Office. Rajesh Bhowmick is appointed as Zonal Manager- CGM, Zonal Office, Delhi, and Ashish Kumar Chaturvedi will be Zonal Manager- CGM, Zonal Office, Chandigarh.
