Protean eGov Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct for insider trading.The trading window closure applies to Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees, and Connected Persons, including their Immediate Relatives. The restriction will remain in effect until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
