Kokuyo Camlin Ltd. has confirmed that the proposed appointment of Mr. Rahul Soni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will not take effect following his decision to withdraw from the position.The company had extended an offer for the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer to Mr. Soni, who had accepted the employment terms after the company initiated necessary onboarding formalities.
However, prior to joining and assuming charge of the post, Mr. Soni communicated his intention to decline the offer due to personal reasons. Consequently, the appointment as proposed will not proceed.
Kokuyo Camlin Ltd. is currently in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for this key role and will announce the final appointment in due course.
