The standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showed Net Profit for the period at 6,230 lakh. The consolidated entity reported a similar net profit of 6,175 lakh attributable to equity holders of the parent company.

Governance and Directorship Update​

The Board noted the completion of the second consecutive term of Mr Raghu Ravunni Palat as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr Palat, who was appointed on August 9, 2016, ceased his role with effect from August 8, 2026, after serving for 10 years. The Board placed on record its appreciation for his guidance and contributions to the Company.

Legal Proceedings and Financial Management​

The management provided an update regarding legal proceedings initiated by the company for the recovery of an advance amounting to Rs. 150 lakhs. This amount was advanced against rights to Saboo Fims Pvt Ltd and Bharat Firm Works, with interest at 18% p.a.

A judgment was pronounced by the Civil Court, Mumbai on October 31, 2025, directing payment of 247 lakh plus interest. The company filed an appeal against this order in the Bombay High Court, challenging the decree which exonerates Mrs Rita Rahu (Prop. Bharat Firm Works).

Considering the favorable aspects of the court order, management confirmed that the advanced amount of Rs. 150 lakhs is considered fully recoverable and consequently, no provision has been made for it.

PNC Stock Price Movement​

Pritish Nandy Communications Limited shares closed today after edging higher by 2.05% to settle at ₹20.37. The stock saw a total traded volume of 14,848 shares during the day.
