Growth and Strategy Focus on Advisory Services

Prime Securities Limited is strategically building annuity revenue flows through franchise businesses like Trigen Wealth to smooth out volatility inherent in investment banking activities. The company maintains that while advisory business is challenging to compare across short timeframes, it is crucial to emphasize the steady rise in both the quantity and magnitude of deals being handled by the group.

As of June 30, 2026, the AUM/AUA managed has surpassed INR 5,000 Cr. The income generation based on this metric is anticipated to commence during Q2 or Q3 FY27. Although fixed expenses related to the establishment of the wealth management vertical are estimated at approximately INR 60 Cr in FY27, revenue streams from this area have been deferred by one year due to regulatory changes in trial income recognition.

Trigen Wealth Operations and Outlook

Trigen Wealth is rapidly expanding its presence both geographically and in AUM coverage. As of the reporting date, the wealth management vertical has onboarded over 1,400 clients and more than 750 families. It operates from 14 locations, employing over 105 individuals.
