The decision was made at a board meeting held on March 25, 2026.According to the company, the reclassification reflects Mr. Sonthalia’s significant influence over the company's strategic and policy decisions, working in coordination with existing promoters. His responsibilities include high-level management oversight and long-term business planning.
Mr. Sonthalia, who currently serves as a Whole-time Director (Professional Category), will now be identified as a member of the ‘Promoter’ category. The change does not involve any transfer of shares, and Mr. Sonthalia currently holds zero equity shares in the company. The updated shareholding pattern will be filed in accordance with SEBI regulations.
