Pranik Logistics Limited executed a Carrying and Forwarding Agreement with Piramal Pharma Limited on April 10, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, Pranik Logistics will provide comprehensive clearing and forwarding services to Piramal.The services to be provided include handling, storage coordination, and distribution support for products such as Central Vista, Piraflex, and Pirakart. These operations will be managed from Piramal's facility situated at Vill: Belumilki, Ground Floor, Plot No. 148, 151, 155, 156 & 160, JL No. 11, Khatian No. 6423, Mouza: Belumilki, Sreerampore, Hooghly- 712223, West Bengal.
The new arrangement is set to become effective starting May 1, 2026, and will remain valid for a term of 36 months, subject to earlier termination as per the stipulated terms.
This agreement supports the company's core logistics and warehousing operations and aligns with its long-term objective of value addition and forward integration, supporting sustained growth.
