  • New Subsidiaries: Two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries were incorporated: Windfusion Renewable Private Limited and Whisperwind Renewable Private Limited. These entities are dedicated to undertaking setting up, development, and construction related to renewable power projects, including wind parks and solar power projects.

As of June 30, 2026, the unutilized net proceeds stood at Rs. 107.23 crores, which were temporarily invested in Fixed Deposits or held in the Company's Monitoring account.
