The organizational changes are set to be effective on October 1, 2026.Aditi Shrivastava, Co-Founder and current MD & CEO of Pocket Aces, will transition from her executive role to take up a strategic position on the Company's Board of Directors. Concurrently, Vinay Pillai, who currently serves as Chief Business Officer (CBO), will be elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective October 1, 2026.
Since assuming the CEO role in 2021, Aditi Shrivastava has been instrumental in developing Pocket Aces into a leading digital entertainment company in India. Under her leadership, the company built key culture creation brands including FilterCopy, Dice Media, and Clout, culminating in its acquisition by Saregama in 2023.
The elevation of Vinay Pillai to CEO underscores Saregama's dedication to internal talent development. Mr. Pillai brings a six-year track record with the company, having contributed significantly to growing the creator management business Clout and serving as CBO at Pocket Aces. He is an alumnus of Columbia University and possesses consulting experience from Booz Allen Hamilton, alongside an entrepreneurial background gained from founding his streaming startup, Dekkho.
