PNB Housing Finance Appoints Satish Kumar Singh as Chief Business Officer for Affordable Business​

PNB Housing Finance Limited has announced changes in its senior management concerning the Affordable Business vertical. Ms Valli Sekar has resigned from her position, and Mr. Satish Kumar Singh has been designated to take over the role of Chief Business Officer - Affordable Business.

Ms Valli Sekar tendered her resignation, citing a desire to pursue other opportunities. She will be relieved from her duties as Chief Business Officer (Affordable business) with effect from September 01, 2026.

Mr. Satish Kumar Singh has been designated as the Chief Business Officer - Affordable Business and assumed the role effective August 03, 2026. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing both Sales and Collections within the Affordable Business segment.

The designation of Mr. Singh comes with significant institutional backing, given his nearly two decades of industry experience, including more than 14 years with PNB Housing Finance Limited. His career journey at the organization has seen him successfully navigate multiple business cycles, market dynamics, and key transformational phases. Before assuming this role, Mr. Satish demonstrated a strong operational background during his deputation in PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited as Chief Operating Officer and more recently as Chief People Officer.

The changes represent an internal transition aimed at strengthening the Affordable Housing business operations within the company.

PNBHOUSING Stock Price Movement​

PNB Housing Finance Limited shares today rallied, closing at ₹1090 after gaining 3.50% in post-market trading. The stock finished near its day's high amid active momentum, with approximately 1.2 million shares changing hands during the session.
