Noida | August 14, 2026 — PhysicsWallah Limited, India's leading tech-enabled education company, announced its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results highlighted a significant improvement in operational profitability, with the company reporting an EBITDA positive quarter at ₹52 Cr, reflecting a margin improvement of 743 basis points to 4.9%.

The company achieved 24% year on year growth in revenue from operations, reaching ₹1,054 Cr. Alakh Pandey, Founder and CEO of PhysicsWallah Limited, stated that the quarter marks an important milestone toward sustainable profitability. Despite shifts in NEET examination cycles, the company delivered healthy revenue growth and improved profitability while expanding its learner base across online, offline, K-12, and other new categories.

In a strong start to the fiscal year, Adjusted EBITDA saw an over fivefold year on year increase to ₹135 Cr, with margin improving to 12.9% from 3.1%. Furthermore, Pre-IndAS EBITDA loss narrowed to ₹44 Cr from ₹89 Cr in Q1 FY26, recording a margin improvement of 627 basis points to -4.2%. Profit After Tax (PAT) margin also improved to -8.4% from -15.0% in the corresponding quarter.

The sustained engagement of learners contributed to the improved performance, with Daily Active Users increasing by 26% year on year to over 4.03 million. The company also saw strong growth through expansion across examination categories and increases within the online K-12 and Early Learning segments.

Online Education Segments Gain Traction​

PhysicsWallah continued expanding its educational offerings, including CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards, alongside specialized programmes such as Olympiad preparation, Pre-Foundation (Grades 6 -8), Foundation (Grades 8 -10), Curious Jr., and School-Integrated Programmes.

Online K-12 and Early Learning showed significant traction, with enrolments rising by 41% year on year to 0.78 million from 0.55 million. Segment revenue grew 88% year on year, reaching ₹105 Cr from ₹56 Cr. This portfolio expansion positions PW as a comprehensive learning partner supporting students from early education and K-12 through higher education and competitive exams.

Regarding the NEET exam cycle, the earlier delay resulted in temporary shifts in enrolments and lower NEET enrollments during Q1. However, with results now announced and the new academic cycle underway, momentum has picked up strongly since July, showing robust enrolment and collection trends for PW’s Online NEET offerings.
